Onboarding begins with understanding the company: ownership, activity, markets served and expected flow of funds. That profile shapes how the account is supported afterwards, so legitimate activity is not delayed by checks calibrated for a business nothing like yours.
Ongoing activity is assessed against that profile. Counterparties are screened against sanctions and politically exposed persons databases. Digital asset transactions carry additional wallet and blockchain checks.
Strong authentication, role-based access and approval rules keep control of who can do what inside your account. Card data is handled under PCI DSS-aligned controls. Transactions warranting closer attention receive human review rather than an automated decision.
